About these terms
These terms govern purchases from PadelGear. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Orders and acceptance
An order acknowledgement does not mean we have accepted your order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods or otherwise confirm acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, a price is incorrect, payment cannot be authorised, or fraud is suspected.
Prices and payment
Prices and delivery charges shown at checkout apply to your order. Payment must be authorised before dispatch. We may correct pricing or product-description errors before acceptance and will contact you if this affects your order.

Product images and colours are illustrative. Specifications and availability may change. Please follow manufacturer safety, care, and usage instructions.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers may have mandatory rights under the laws of their country of residence.
