Your cancellation rights
If you are a UK consumer purchasing online, you normally have 14 days from receiving your goods to tell us that you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
How to start a return
Contact our support team with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide the current return instructions and return address.
Condition of returns
Please return items unused, clean, and with all original packaging where possible. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop, but we may reduce a refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary.
Faulty or incorrect goods
If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund where required.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. We may wait until we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back before issuing a refund.
